Valley Health Connections staff are all Certified Application Counselors for Vermont Health Connect and are able to help Vermonters enroll into and understand insurance through Vermont’s Marketplace. We guide patients so that they can make an informed decision as to what plan is best for them. We also enroll Vermonter’s onto VT Medicaid and other VT state programs like You First. Staff are also trained to enroll patients onto Medicare and help with the assistance programs that can help make Medicare more affordable.
