About Valley Health

Valley Health Connections is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and one of nine clinics in Vermont that make up Vermont’s Free and Referral Clinics.

Valley Health Connections’ mission is to remove barriers and facilitate access to health care for uninsured and underinsured people. We actively work towards our mission through assistance with health insurance enrollment, enrollment into financial assistance programs to pay for medical care, pharmacy, dental assistance, and referrals to providers for regular ongoing health care.

We never charge or bill for our services and are here as a resource for the community. 

Valley Health Connections is based in Springfield, but we know that it is not always easy to make it to us if you live out of town. If you have trouble getting to Springfield, please reach out to us so we can meet you at one of our outreach locations or look at other options to assist you.
